Hey there,
I’m just gonna come right out and say it: It’s been a week. The universe has been conspiring against my getting anything but the bare minimum done to fulfill (most of) my obligations, and I’m toast.
So, since there’s nothing on the calendar for today (except a BIG birthday for a friend, neighbor, and paid contributor who will remain unnamed), I’m going to take the day off and come back tomorrow – hopefully refreshed; definitely with an uplifting story about some Burlingtonians.
This Weekend in Burlington
Here’s what to look forward to this weekend:
- May 14, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Sculpture Dedication and Ukrainian Cultural celebration at the Sculpture Park
- May 15, 9:30 – 11:30AM – Clean up behind Bed, Bath, and Beyond, sponsored by Keep Burlington Beautiful. Please note, this litter includes glass and other potentially dangerous material. Wear long pants, sneakers, and gloves. Trash bags and latex gloves will be provided.
