Red Devils Athletics Boasts Strong Friday & Saturday Showings
Volleyball, football, and girls' soccer teams put wins on the board for the Red Devils this weekend
It was a busy weekend in Red Devils athletics with some strong showings all around.
The football team brought their record to 2-0 on the season with a 19-6 victory at Woburn in the Battle of Winn Street behind rushing touchdowns from Ryan Brooks, Matt Sheehan, and Alex Conte. The defense shone, holding Woburn to just one score.
Lady Devils volleyball swept Marblehead across all levels on Friday. Varsity rolled to a 3-0 win behind a standout performance from Player of the Match Abby Seaman. JV and freshman teams walked away with 2-0 wins, as well.
The girlsâ soccer team topped Waltham 3-0 at home on Saturday, evening their record at 3-3 on the season.
