Good Morning, Burlington, and Happy Monday!

You still have a little over a week to take out your nomination papers for town government. There’s been no change since last time I shared who had taken out papers. After tonight’s town Meeting, I anticipate the ballot filling up as Town Meeting Members are allowed to file notice of re-election at Town Meeting this evening.

But—broken record alert—you can still pull papers and run! If town government seems daunting to you, start with Town Meeting. In an auditorium full of 126 people, you can easily observe and participate without feeling put on the spot. Town Meeting, by the way, is finally happening tonight. Sports and Activities

Burlington Senior Molly Moroney finished 3rd yesterday at the Phillips Andover Girls Wrestling Tournament.

Girls’ Track competed in the Small Schools Coaches Invitational this weekend, and they did great, including several medals and PRs. Nice work, girls!

We’ve got nothing on the sports calendar today, but stay tuned for a full schedule tomorrow. I’ll see you then.

Take care, Burlington,

Nicci
