Daily Buzz | Food Drive April 1
Plus, edible science
Good Morning, Burlington!
Great news: Burlington has made it to the semifinals in the Minute Madness tourney! There are only four teams left standing: Burlington, Tewksbury, Wilmington, and reigning champs, Georgetown.
We’re in a tough battle this week, going head-to-head against Georgetown. Be sure to log your reading/listening minutes so we can come out on top!
Speaking of the library, they’ll be holding a food drive on Election Day to benefit People Helping People, our local food pantry. From 10-2 on April 1, volunteers will be collecting items to help Burlington families in need. Next time you’re out food shopping, pick up a little extra and bring it with you to the library on Election Day.
