Tennis Sweeps Wakefield, Track Finishes Strong as Red Devils Prepare for a Busy Thursday
Tennis teams beat Wakefield, boys' track closes regular season 4β1. Softball, baseball, and volleyball all host games today.

Burlington teams closed out Wednesday with some key victories.
Boysβ Tennis pulled out a 3β2 win over Wakefield, improving the teamβs record to 9β5. Victories came from Ridhaan Ayyagari, Rohan Parikh, and the doubles team of Krish Soni & Abhay Jhumat.
Girlsβ Tennis matched the boys' performance, also winning 3β2 over Wakefield. Mason Alongi and Sonali Patel earned wins in singles play, while the doubles team of Anjali Patel & Phoenix Mahoney won their match.
In track & field, the boys capped off their regular season with a rare doubleheader. Burlington dominated Stoneham 104β32 but came up just short against Wakefield, 61β75. The Red Devils finish the season at 4β1 and now turn their focus to State Relays this Saturday in Pembroke. (Girlsβ results pending.)
Volleyball faced a tough Arlington squad, with JV falling 0β2 and Varsity dropping their match 0β3.
