Spring Season Over for Two Burlington Teams, Track Ends Season With Strong Performance
Boys' lacrosse and tennis seasons end; track takes 3rd in state.

After strong seasons filled with many successes, two Red Devils Teams' bids for the state championship have come to a close.
The boys' tennis team fell 4-1 to Hingham yesterday in their Round of 16 game. Senior co-Captain Rohan Parikh had the sole win of the day in third singles. Overall, the Red Devils walk away with a 14-6 record.
Boys' lacrosse came this close but ultimately fell 8-9 to Nashoba Regional in a well-played nailbiter.
The boys' track team this weekend took 3rd in the Division 4 state finals with notable performances by Leon Sekandi, who took the state title in high jump at 6'4", and Ryan Brooks, who won the javelin by an inch with 172’ 2”.
The girls' lacrosse team, the last of the Devils teams still in the playoffs, is on tomorrow at 7:00 at Walpole.
