Red Devils Lacrosse Falls in Vacation Week Action

Burlington's lacrosse teams both played Tuesday, April 21, with neither varsity squad able to come away with a win.

The varsity boys' lacrosse team dropped a 10-6 match to Westford at a neutral site in Swampscott. Their record now stands at 5-3. The team fell behind early and couldn't recover. The girls' team fell 4-8 to Billerica at BHS, dropping to 4-4 on the season.

Wednesday, April 22 Schedule

  • 10:00 — JV and varsity girls' softball vs. Wakefield (home): varsity at Marvin Field; JV at Rotary Field.
  • 10:00 — JV and varsity boys' baseball at Wakefield.
  • Girls' lacrosse at Central Catholic: varsity at 2:30; JV at 3:45.
