Boys' Track Falls in a Heartbreaker, Boys' Basketball Back at Home Court
Track teams split Wakefield, swim drops a late meet at Lexington as Red Devils turn toward a busy Tuesday slate.
The girls' track team notched a 57-43 win yesterday over Wakefield at the Track at New Balance, with strong performances from the 300 to shotput. Boys' track fought hard but ultimately couldn't bring home the win; they lost to Wakefield in a 51-49 heartbreaker.
Red Devils Swim fell 91-71 to Lexington in a very-late-evening swim meet. They'll next be in the pool against Malden on Thursday at 4:30; catch the meet on BCAT.
Tuesday's Schedule
Basketball vs. Woburn:
- Boys defend their 6-2 record at home: Freshman play at 4:00, JV at 4:15, and varsity at 6:00.
- The 4-4 girls' team travels up Winn St. for a 5:00 JV game and a 7:00 varsity game.
