Baseball Win and Boys’ Tennis Title Cap Off Week as Red Devils Gear Up for Busy Weekend

Thursday brought a league title, a baseball nail-biter, and more action as the Red Devils head into a packed weekend of spring sports.

The baseball team secured another tight win, edging Wilmington 5–4 at home and continuing the Red Devils' strong late-season push.

In tennis, the boys' team made it official—clinching the Middlesex League Freedom Division title with a dominant 5–0 sweep on the road at Wilmington.
The girls' team dropped a close 3–2 match, with wins from Sonali Patel in singles and the doubles duo of Phoenix Mahoney & Eesha Soni.

Volleyball faced Lexington at home. JV fell 0–2, and varsity lost in straight sets, 0–3.

On the schedule this weekend:

Today, we've got Varsity Boys’ Lacrosse vs. Stoneham at 5:00 PM at BHS.

Tomorrow, the boys' and girls' track teams compete at State Relays in Pembroke at 9:00 AM. there's also Girls’ Lacrosse at Ipswich, with Varsity playing at 11:00 AM and JV at 12:30 PM. Finally, varsity Boys’ Tennis will play Central Catholic at 4:00 PM at BHS.

On Sunday, the varsity Softball team will play Wilmington at 4:00 PM at Marvin Field.
