Baseball Ends Regular Season on High Note, Tennis Seeds Announced
Baseball brings home win, tennis opponents announced, more brackets to come
The Red Devils wrapped up their regular season over the weekend with some strong performances.
The baseball team bested Belmont in a 7-4 full-team effort, bringing their regular season record to 11-9. This, after a 1-4 loss to Lynnfield during the same Brendan Grant Baseball Tournament.
The girls' lacrosse team fell to the 17-3 Medfield Warriors by a score of 15-5. Their regular season ends with a record of 7-11 and a power ranking that will likely fall just into the bottom half in the league.
Brackets for lacrosse, baseball, volleyball, and softball will be released starting this afternoon, but tennis brackets are already out. The boys secured a #15 seed and will face #18 Northampton, while the girls were seeded #23 and will play #10 Duxbury. Game days and times are not yet announced.
