Town of Burlington to Use New Payment Processing Center
Burlington residents will need to update autopay addresses to avoid delays
Effective July 2025, the Office of the Treasurer/Collector in Burlington will be using a new payment processing center, said Deputy Treasurer/Collector, Paul Shvartsman.
The Treasurer/Collector is the office that bills Burlington residents for things like real estate taxes, personal property & excise tax, and water & sewer bills. New bills will contain the correct address for the new payment processing center:

Boston, MA 02284
However, Burlington residents that pay their bills via an automated bill pay service are advised to ensure the new address is saved in their bill pay systems to avoid delays in processing payments.
