The Planning Board meeting for September 18, where they were scheduled to discuss a new housing development for the MBTA Communities multifamily zoning overlay, was canceled, but the proposal to increase the maximum density and height allowed in a portion of the new overlay is expected to advance to September Town Meeting. Monday evening, September 22, the Select Board and Land Use Committee will be discussing this project, as will the Planning Board on September 25.
