Fl!p Circus Adds to Burlington Mall Experiential Lineup
New features this summer represent the latest in the town's attempt to bring experiential retail to Burlington's commercial sector.

A favorite attraction, located in an unlikely place, is back in Burlington this summer.
Fl!p Circus, which had its Burlington debut last September in the parking lot of the Burlington Mall, will be returning from July 27 through August 5 to entertain people of all ages with daring performances, impossible-looking stunts, and hilarious physical comedy.
Last year's show featured acts by performers from all over the world, and this year promises fresh acts that will keep viewers at the edge of their seats. Spain's Johnny Rico will provide comic relief (and, likely, audience participation) while acts like Finland's Bravuuri Troupe, Duo Fossett from Hungary, and the Bone Breaker from Guinea, West Africa, prepare to wow the audience with acts ranging from roller skating to aerial acrobatics to contortion – all backed by a live band.
The show's intimate 800-seat climate-controlled tent ensures every viewer is close to the action. And, of course, concessions and souvenirs are available for purchase prior to and during the show.
Fl!p Circus is one of a number of attempts to bring experiential retail to Burlington's commercial sector. With retail and office use declining around the country, Burlington's mall is one of the few in the country that still brings people from all around the area, and this success is due in part to features like Fl!p, the toy store CAMP, which hosts interactive events and meet-and-greets in the expansive space behind their secret door, and the newly opened J7 Adventureland, a child-centered arcade that boasts nutritious snacks.
Tickets for the circus are on sale now and start at $17.23 (children) and $56.75 (adults) with senior/military/handicap and family pack discounts available. Tickets will also be available in person at the box office during each engagement. Show times are 7:00pm on weekdays and 1:00pm, 4:00pm and 7:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
