Burlington Lacrosse Sweeps Watertown as Teams Look Ahead to Busy Wednesday
Red Devils lacrosse earned a clean sweep over Watertown as teams gear up for a full Wednesday slate.
Burlington athletics had a lighter Tuesday slate, but lacrosse made the most of it with a strong showing across all levels against Watertown.
The girls’ varsity team edged out a thrilling 13–12 win at home, improving to 2–1. JV added an 8–3 win.
On the road, boys’ varsity lacrosse delivered a commanding 10–2 win over Watertown, picking up its first win of the season and moving to 1–2 overall. The JV team shut out the Warriors with a 7-0 victory.
With momentum building from a clean sweep on the lacrosse field, Burlington teams now turn their attention to a packed Wednesday schedule.

- 4:00 – Track & Field vs. Wilmington at BHS
- 4:00 – Tennis vs. Melrose: Boys host at Rahanis; girls travel
- Boys Volleyball at Wakefield: JV at 4:30; varsity at 6:00
