Shawsheen will host its annual Community Open House on November 6, 2022, from 2-4pm. This event is open to anyone interested in learning about Shawsheen Valley Technical School District. Prospective students, alumni, community members, business partners, and family & friends, are all welcome to attend.
The Open House will showcase Shawsheen’s academic, career, and vocational-technical programs, as well as all athletic teams and extracurricular clubs and activities. This self-guided event allows participants to explore Shawsheen’s campus and attend demonstrations in both academic and vocational programs. Additionally, high school admissions presentations will be held for those interested in applying to Shawsheen Valley Technical High School
District programming and information regarding student-run services will also be available during the November 6th Open House. Information about Shawsheen’s Adult Education, School of Practical Nursing, Summer Camps and Enrichment opportunities, 7th grade Project Explore program, as well as aquatics and swim offerings, will be available.
Shawsheen’s Community Open House is a great opportunity to see firsthand the value of career vocational technical education.

Established in 1965, Shawsheen Valley Regional Vocational Technical School District (SVRVTSD) is a student-centered public institution serving the five member towns of Billerica, Bedford, Burlington, Tewksbury, and Wilmington.
