Good morning!

I hope you all enjoyed watching Town Meeting on BCAT last night!

Today in Burlington

I need to apologize to Karin of the Garden Club and Linda of the Presbyterian Church for neglecting to mention your events yesterday. I didn’t follow my own procedure, and while your events were on the Weekly Buzz, I missed adding them to the Daily yesterday, and I didn’t realize it until it was too late. I’m so sorry!

Just a few events today:

  • 4:30-8:30 PM – Town Center Beer Garden featuring Medusa and local food places. As of the creation of this newsletter, I’m not sure which food places, but I am positive they’ll be yummy! Don’t forget proceeds from the Beer Gardens benefit our food pantry, People Helping People.
  • 5:00 PM – Housing Partnership Committee will continue talking about the Grandview Farms residence application and also discuss Pumpkin Patch volunteering (another project that benefits People Helping People!) (Join online)
  • 7:00 PM – Transportation Committee meets to finalize transportation recommendations to the Select Board.

Today’s Schedule

  • Golf at Stoneham from 9-1.
  • JV and Varsity boys’ soccer games against Wilmington at 4:15.
  • Volleyball against Wakefield on the road starting at 5:00.

My eyes are crossing, so I will sign off for now. Maybe we’ll see each other at the Beer Garden tonight!
