Weekend Buzz | It's Go Time
Do the thing!

Hello, neighbor!
Well, today’s the day.
I have been asked if I’m still going to do the Buzz after the election is over. Well, as long as Burlington is still here tomorrow, I’ll be here too. There’s plenty to talk about in Burlington, even when there’s not an election to be had. I’ve got tons of ideas, and some amazing readers have shared some with me. But I’d love to hear your ideas, too.
So, hit me up by replying to this email, commenting on this post, or commenting or DMing me on Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook. I’m all ears.
Also. I know people keep up with local sports and care deeply about all our teams and their games. That is not yet in my sphere of awareness, so … if you are someone who’s willing and able to compile info about sports schedules, or even just the different teams people would be interested in so I can compile or reference their schedules myself, reach out. I’d be deeply appreciative. This is one of those “don’t know what I don’t know” situations, as (I’m sorry to say) the only sport I genuinely pay attention to is Formula One racing. ♀️
So, sports and podcasts and interviews and board updates - these are all items on the agenda for after the election.
But for today, there’s only one item.
Get to the high school and vote.
(Assuming you didn’t already vote Absentee, of course.)
While you’re there, you might want to grab yourself a sweet new mattress or upcycle some of your old electronics. Do that, too!
Just don’t forget to vote.
And I’ll be at BCAT with my wonderful co-host, Chris, to let you know how it all shook out. See you at 8:30.
Nicci
P.S. You can watch the live results on the BCAT cable channel or Facebook channel! I can’t wait!
